Caeser Dressing
  1. In small food processor/blender, add all ingredients except olive oil. Mix until well blended.
  2. Slowly add olive oil and until desired thickness and well emulsified. Taste for seasoning and add more lemon, oil or salt to taste. Set aside.
Grilled Bok Choy
  1. Heat grill to med high heat . Coat bok choy with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place on grill. Cook until nicely browned with grill marks, and almost cooked through but with slight resistance.
  2. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy warm or at room temp.
