  1. Place ingredients (including date if using) in high speed blender and mix until smooth. Strain through nut sack or fine sieve lined with two unbleached coffee filters.
  2. Adjust thickness with additional water, but I like it on the creamier side. Place in glass jar and refrigerate any unused milk for up to 3 days. Give it a good shake before serving.
