  1. In blender jar, add above items beginning with liquid ingredients.
  2. Blend well until fully incorporated.
  3. Add few ice cubes if you prefer colder.

Try frozen organic mixed berries for a different blend of flavors. Raw cacao is also a great source of natural energy, try 1-2 tbsp in your protein shake!
