Feel free to experiment with your favorite nuts or seeds, or add some quality unsulfured dried fruit like cherries, cranberries or blueberries. Just don’t overdo it. Refined Sugar Free Choco-Nut Crispies

Instructions

Line a baking sheet or tray with unbleached parchment paper or silpat.

Combine cocoa butter, cacao and honey in small bowl set over simmering water or place in top of double boiler and gently melt.

Remove bowl from heat and mix in remaining ingredients except sea salt if using.

Place by spoonfuls onto lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
