This braised pork shoulder blade recipe is one of our family favorites, especially when the evenings begin to get cooler and you want something comforting to warm you up from the inside out. I try to incorporate bone broth into our diet as much as possible, and it makes the most amazing sauce. Your whole house will smell like a big warm hug!
This pork shoulder steak recipe utilizes an inexpensive cut of meat, but oh so tasty. The slow braising coaxes out the succulent porky goodness, and the chicken broth and onions makes the most delicious rich and sticky sauce. This would be also be great in a slow cooker or an Instant Pot!

Recipe Notes
I always double the recipe as the leftovers are amazing to make pulled pork tacos, thrown in a marinara sauce and served over pasta, or as a stuffing. My fave is over soft polenta with the pork gravy. The options are endless!
