Protein Power Shake

Protein in the morning is important to help boost your metabolism and get your body ready for the actions of the day. Whether those actions are active (like the gym) or passive (sitting at a desk) you still need protein to fill you up and provide the nutrition and energy you need for the day. This protein shake is simple to make and packs plenty of plant protein to fuel you. Try making your own almond milk.  It’s a sinch!

Instructions
  1. In blender jar, add above items beginning with liquid ingredients.

  2. Blend well until fully incorporated.

  3. Add few ice cubes if you prefer colder.


Recipe Notes

Try frozen organic mixed berries for a different blend of flavors. Raw cacao is also a great source of natural energy, try 1-2 tbsp in your protein shake!
