Hemp Seed and Almond Milk

This dairy free option to conventional milk is so easy to make. We’ve added hemp seed, which help fuel you with their good fats and protein to keep you going. Take this base recipe and switch up with your favorite nut or seeds. You’ll be a milk making master in no time!

Instructions
  1. Place ingredients (including date if using) in high speed blender and mix until smooth. Strain through nut sack or fine sieve lined with two unbleached coffee filters.
  2. Adjust thickness with additional water, but I like it on the creamier side. Place in glass jar and refrigerate any unused milk for up to 3 days. Give it a good shake before serving.
